Job Summary: This role involves basic office software knowledge, property rounds, vehicle entry/exit monitoring, and reception support. Key Highlights: 1. Basic knowledge of Office 365 suite and telephone system. 2. Conduct patrols and monitor vehicle entry/exit. 3. Cover the reception desk and route internal/external calls. **Knowledge Requirements** Basic knowledge of Office 365 suite; Telephone system (operation and handling); **Responsibilities** \- Conduct patrols in the building and houses (checking lights, windows, air conditioning, doors and gates, turning off or locking them when necessary); \- Monitor to ensure unobstructed vehicle entry and exit; \- Cover the reception desk for handling external and internal calls and route them to the requested department, when necessary.
