Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. ️ **Meal Allowance / Food Voucher** – support for your daily meals; **Christmas Basket** – a special gesture at year-end; **Health Insurance Plan** – comprehensive care for you; **Dental Insurance Plan** – always keeping your oral health in check; ️ **Life Insurance at no cost** – protection for you and your family; **Transportation Voucher** – ease your daily commute; **Medication Assistance** – financial support for treatments and prescriptions; ️ **Wellhub** – access to gyms and physical activities; **Pluxee Cuida** – psychological, social, nutritional, and consulting support; **Private Pension Plan** – with 100% company contribution Responsibilities and Duties * Supervise field electromechanical maintenance teams, ensuring alignment with operational and safety guidelines; * Develop activity schedules and distribute work orders according to asset priority and criticality; * Monitor activity execution, verifying deadlines, quality, and adherence to established procedures; * Track maintenance performance indicators (KPIs), analyze results, and propose improvements; * Conduct analysis of recurring equipment and system failures, contributing to corrective and preventive action plans; * Provide technical support to teams through analysis of data and operational conditions of electromechanical systems; * Monitor field activities, ensuring correct technical execution without assuming formal technical responsibility; * Collaborate on project analysis and operational improvements with technical and engineering departments; * Participate in the development and enhancement of maintenance processes; * Conduct inspections and surveys of equipment and installations after interventions; * Verify equipment and workplace safety conditions, identifying risks and maintenance needs; * Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (NRs), internal policies, and safety standards; * Guide proper use of PPE and safe work practices; * Monitor operational contracts under your responsibility, verifying compliance with scope and deadlines; * Control usage of supplies and resources applied in maintenance activities; * Prepare technical and operational reports on performance, failures, and service execution; * Promote Safety and Quality Dialogue Routines (DDQSMS) with teams; * Encourage team engagement and development, fostering a productive and collaborative environment. Requirements and Qualifications **Education:** Bachelor’s degree. **Fields:** Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields. * ️⃣ Practical experience supervising electromechanical maintenance teams; * ️⃣ Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance for electromechanical systems; * ️⃣ Ability to interpret electrical diagrams, technical drawings, and mechanical schematics; * ️⃣ Knowledge of operation and maintenance of low- and medium-voltage electrical systems (no formal technical responsibility required); * ️⃣ Experience in maintenance planning and control; * ️⃣ Experience analyzing failures and defining corrective actions; * ️⃣ Knowledge of safety regulations (NR\-10, NR\-12) and operational best practices; * ️⃣ Familiarity with maintenance management tools (SAP PM or similar); * ️⃣ Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); * ️⃣ Knowledge of energy consumption and efficiency data interpretation; * ️⃣ Experience with occupational safety routines and operational inspections; * ️⃣ Ability to prepare technical and operational reports. Desirable Requirements * ️⃣ Postgraduate degree or MBA in related areas (Maintenance, Projects, Energy, Management); * ️⃣ Experience with energy efficiency projects; * ️⃣ Knowledge of industrial instrumentation and automation; * ️⃣ Experience with project management tools (MS Project or similar); * ️⃣ Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, TPM, or similar); * ️⃣ Work experience in industrial or sanitation environments.
