Position Summary: A professional responsible for supporting industrial project planning, control, and monitoring, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. The role involves direct involvement in scheduling, financial control, and performance indicator generation, contributing to project efficiency and governance. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop, update, and manage project schedules using MS Project; * Monitor physical and financial progress of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets; * Develop and maintain the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS); * Perform financial control, including cost tracking, contract management, and procurement oversight; * Conduct follow-up on pending items with involved departments; * Prepare, analyze, and monitor project performance indicators; * Develop and update management presentations and progress reports; * Support the application of project management methodologies and continuous improvement practices. ### **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Automation, or Production); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, MS Project, Word, and PowerPoint; * Knowledge of project management (planning, control, and monitoring); * Experience or knowledge of Front-End Loading (FEL) methodology; * Knowledge of constructability; * Analytical, organized profile with structured problem-solving skills.
