**Finance Internship \- Accounts Payable and Receivable** **Full Job Description** Main responsibilities: * Assist in accounts payable and receivable routines, verifying invoices, fiscal notes, and bank slips; * Record payments and keep the maturity schedule updated; * Support account reconciliation and verification of financial information; * Collaborate in preparing expense reports and indicators; * Provide support to the finance team in administrative and operational activities; Mandatory requirements: * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration or related fields; * Basic knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office suite; * Good communication skills, organization, and attention to detail; * Proactivity and interest in learning about finance routines. Desirable requirements (advantage): * Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
