Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on IT equipment **Opportunity for IT Technician** **Requirements:** * Completed high school or currently enrolled in a technical or undergraduate program in Information Technology, Computer Networks, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields; * Experience providing technical support to users (on-site and remote); * Knowledge of assembling, configuring, and maintaining computers, printers, and network devices; * Familiarity with installing and configuring operating systems (Windows/Linux) and software; * Experience with networks (wired and Wi-Fi), disk formatting, and data backup; * Desired: basic knowledge of information security; * Strong verbal and written communication skills, proactivity, organization, and interpersonal relationship abilities; * Easy access to the company's location; * Immediate availability. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware, software, and network issues; * Install, configure, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers, printers, and other IT equipment; * Assist in administering local networks (LAN/Wi-Fi) and system access; * Manage and organize technical support tickets, ensuring prompt response; * Support the team in system implementation, updates, and improvements; * Monitor equipment performance and suggest improvements to IT processes; * Ensure security and integrity of company information and equipment. **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance * Meal Voucher * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance **Employment Type:** Full-time, CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) permanent position Working Hours: * Monday through Friday * 8-hour shifts * Daily shift Additional Compensation: * 13th-month salary * Overtime pay Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) permanent position Compensation: R$1.800,00 - R$2.100,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Selection Question(s): * How long have you worked in this field?
