Opportunity for growth and career advancement Responsibilities * Plan and execute procurement processes for domestic and imported products. * Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, commercial terms, and contracts with suppliers. * Develop, qualify, and evaluate strategic suppliers. * Conduct cost, margin, and acquisition feasibility analyses. * Ensure appropriate inventory supply, preventing stockouts and overstocking. * Monitor purchase orders, delivery deadlines, and supply logistics. * Collaborate with sales, finance, and inventory departments to align demand requirements. * Monitor market trends, product launches, and cost-reduction opportunities. * Analyze procurement performance indicators (savings, inventory turnover, lead time, etc.). * Support import processes where applicable (documentation, timelines, and costs). * Participate in strategic product portfolio planning. ✅ Mandatory Requirements * Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, preferably as a mid-level or senior purchaser. * Experience with strategic negotiation and supplier management. * Experience with inventory control and replenishment planning. * Analytical, organized profile with strong negotiation skills. * Proficiency in Excel or data analysis tools. * Experience with ERP systems or procurement management systems. * Preferred Qualifications * Experience in lighting, professional audio, technology, electronics, or technical equipment sectors. * Experience with product importation. * Knowledge of pricing strategies and margin analysis. * Intermediate or advanced English (for communication with international suppliers). * Experience in distribution or technical retail companies.
