Job Summary: A professional to conduct in-person ERP usage training sessions, clarify doubts, guide best practices, support implementation, and create and update training materials. Support the development of a knowledge base A commercial automation software company is seeking a Training Analyst in Curitiba (Downtown). **Responsibilities:** Conduct in-person ERP training sessions for new clients. Clarify questions and guide best practices for system usage. Support the implementation process through user training. Create and update training materials, such as manuals, videos, and quick guides. Support the development of a knowledge base and educational content. Previous experience as a Training Coordinator, People Development Specialist, Training Instructor, or Learning Facilitator may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position.
