We seek committed professionals with a commercial profile and a results-oriented mindset who wish to grow in a constantly expanding market. Requirements * Completed high school (a bachelor's degree is considered a plus); * Knowledge of the solar energy sector; * Experience in internal, consultative, or technical sales; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organization, proactivity, and focus on results; * Proficiency with systems, CRM, and Microsoft Office Suite; * Willingness to travel. Main Responsibilities * Serve customers in the solar energy sector; * Actively and receptively prospect new customers; * Present technical and commercial solutions for photovoltaic mounting structures; * Prepare, send, and follow up on commercial proposals; * Negotiate commercial terms and close sales; * Provide post-sales support and maintain customer relationships; * Update information in the CRM and prepare commercial reports. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in solar energy sector industries or distribution companies; * Technical knowledge of photovoltaic systems and metal mounting structures for solar energy. Compensation and Benefits * Fixed salary: R$ 2.400,00 * Commission based on goal achievement; * Bonus for goal attainment; Working Hours: * Monday to Friday; * 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1 hour and 12 minute lunch break. **Additional information regarding benefits and the selection process will be provided during the selection stages.** Payment: R$2.400,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
