Job Summary: Responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and monitoring digital education programs and LMS platform management. Key Highlights: 1. Supporting employees in professional development Description: Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Human Resources Management, Pedagogy, Psychology, Educational Technology, or related fields; Reside in or be available to relocate to Jaguariaíva\-PR; Availability for flexible working hours (trainings and events) and intercompany travel \- when required; Experience with learning management systems (LMS); Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint); Familiarity with tools, platforms, and software such as Camtasia, Vyond, Premiere, Photoshop, etc.; Strong written communication skills, attention to detail, organizational ability, agility, and comfort with technology; Desirable: Postgraduate studies (in progress) in Administration, Human Resources Management, Pedagogy, Psychology, Educational Technology, or related fields; Experience with performance indicators; Basic knowledge of instructional design or UX for learning; IMPORTANT We value transparency in our processes.
