The company’s production focuses on preparing and formatting books, videos, and computer platforms—always in an integrated and complementary manner. **Responsibilities:** Direct communication with authors (briefing, guidance, and scheduling); Development and implementation of educational materials; Understanding the target audience and implementing educational improvements; Researching and creating engaging learning activities and attractive didactic content that enhance information retention and transfer; Curation of already-developed content. Requirements: **Requirements**: Knowledge of foundational design principles applied to learning; Agility and efficiency in managing simultaneous projects; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Self-management; Ability to work well in teams; Proactivity, insightfulness, and ability to propose improvements and initiatives; Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
