Join us in building your future! **Responsibilities:** * Ensure quality, reliability, and performance of resources, services, and information generated by tasks under your responsibility; * Define and ensure implementation of research, development, and innovation programs; * Prepare reports for the company and official agencies; * Identify funding opportunities from official agencies; * Manage resources jointly with your direct manager; * Research global trends, new ingredients, additives, and market trends in animal nutrition; * Collaborate on developing inputs (raw materials and additives) and related national and international suppliers; * Optimize R&D department performance; * Plan and manage new product development and innovation projects; * Participate in R&D and operational board decisions and implement them; * Disseminate developed results and activities; * Stay updated on technological advances relevant to your field to support professional improvement and knowledge transfer; * Promote company-developed concepts across various communication channels; * Present market studies for tested products and services; * Support your immediate manager on matters related to your area of expertise, reporting and discussing problems and irregularities to inform procedural and action decisions; * Know, apply, and promote occupational health and safety and environmental protection standards and practices, actively participating in company/departmental programs to eliminate situations posing risks of workplace accidents or environmental degradation. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Animal Production, Agricultural Sciences, or related fields; * Experience in the agribusiness sector. **Desirable (if available):** * Postgraduate degree and/or PhD in Nutrition or Animal Production **About the position:** Employment type: CLT Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM Work mode: On-site Work location: Curitiba/PR **Benefits:** * Meal allowance; * Food allowance; * Breakfast/afternoon snack; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Education assistance; * Profit-sharing program (PLR); * Transportation allowance; * Other benefits (maternity kit, birthday gift, discount club, etc).
