Job Summary: The Savory Snack Assistant works in food production, preparing doughs and fillings, shaping and frying/baking savory snacks, as well as performing mise en place and sector sanitation. Key Highlights: 1. Working in the production of savory snacks, including preparation and shaping. 2. Responsible for organizing and sanitizing the workplace. 3. Opportunity to develop teamwork and proactivity skills. The savory snack assistant works in food production, preparing doughs and fillings, shaping and frying/baking savory snacks. Essential for kitchen efficiency, performs *mise en place* (ingredient preparation), sanitation, and sector organization. Schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off Working Hours: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM ***Main Responsibilities*** * **Production:** Assist in preparing doughs, fillings, and shaping fried and baked savory snacks. * **Mise en place:** Organize ingredients and utensils before production begins. * **Machinery:** Load and operate savory snack production machinery. * **Sanitation:** Maintain cleanliness of the workplace, equipment, and utensils. * **Safety:** Follow hygiene and food safety regulations.
