Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Analyst – Level 1 Support to provide user support and technical assistance at a law firm. Key Highlights: 1. First-level user support 2. Incident and request identification and resolution **OPPORTUNITY | IT ANALYST – LEVEL 1 SUPPORT** We are looking for an IT Analyst – Level 1 Support to work in the Information Technology department of a law firm. If you are organized, proactive, passionate about technology, and skilled at problem-solving, this opportunity may be right for you. The professional will be responsible for first-level user support, delivering technical assistance, and ensuring the proper functioning of equipment, systems, access rights, and technology resources used in the corporate environment. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Provide first-level user support; * Identify, log, and resolve IT incidents and requests; * Provide support for computers, laptops, printers, peripherals, and other equipment; * Install, configure, and maintain systems, software, and equipment; * Assist users with operating systems, applications, and corporate tools; * Perform basic network configurations, internet access setup, printer configurations, and shared resource access; * Track and update tickets and requests in the service management system; * Prepare and configure equipment for new employees; * Assist in controlling and inventorying IT equipment and assets; * Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams; * Contribute to documenting procedures and recurring solutions; * Support information security maintenance by adhering to internal policies and procedures. **REQUIREMENTS** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a bachelor’s degree program in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields; * Experience providing user support and technical assistance; * Knowledge of Windows operating systems; * Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and computer networking; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and problem-solving capability. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Familiarity with ticketing/help desk systems; * Knowledge of Active Directory and user management; * Knowledge of Microsoft 365; * Understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS networking concepts; * Experience with remote access tools; * Experience in corporate or industrial environments. **WORK SCHEDULE** Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Compensation: R$1.890,36 – R$5.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
