Come build your future with us! **Responsibilities:** * Ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of resources, services, and information generated by tasks under your responsibility; * Research global trends and new ingredients for additives; * Conduct technical and commercial feasibility studies for additives; * Develop technological solutions and optimize processes and services related to the additive line; * Support the launch of new additives in technical and marketing material production, * as well as training for customers and technical and commercial teams; * Participate in decisions made by the Additives Executive Board and implement them; * Collaborate on the development of raw materials (feedstock for additives) and respective national and international suppliers; * Stay updated on technological advancements in your field to enhance professional expertise and knowledge transfer; * Optimize the performance of the additives department; * Continuously analyze and update the Vaccinar additive portfolio to meet market needs and improve company profitability; * Support your immediate manager on matters inherent to your area of responsibility, presenting and discussing issues and irregularities to help define procedures and actions; * Perform other related duties as assigned by your immediate manager. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, or related fields; * Experience in the Agribusiness sector. **Desirable (if available):** * Postgraduate degree and/or Ph.D. in Nutrition or Animal Production **About the position:** Employment type: CLT Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:48 Work mode: On-site Work location: Curitiba/PR **Benefits:** * Meal allowance; * Food allowance; * Breakfast/afternoon snack; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Education assistance; * Profit-sharing program (PLR); * Transportation allowance; * Other benefits (maternity kit, birthday gift, discount club, etc).
