You will serve as the first point of contact with patients, guaranteeing an **agile, organized, and humanized experience**, aligned with institutional standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Patient care (in-person, phone, and WhatsApp); * Accurate and complete patient registration; * Generation of examination requests (outpatients and inpatients); * Recording of private examinations; * Precise and organized scheduling; * Release of referral forms; * Printing of examination reports, images, and documents; * Operational support to the team and unit workflow. **Ideal Candidate Profile:** * Completed high school education; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and ease of use with computer systems; * Typing speed and impeccable organizational skills; * Experience in public-facing roles; * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor; * Ability to collaborate effectively in teams and adapt to dynamic environments. \-\> Experience in hospitals or clinics is a plus.
