Follow safety regulations and established procedures **Join the Freddo Gelateria Team!** **We are seeking a dedicated Industrial Refrigeration Assistant to join our team!** **Your responsibilities will include:** * Assisting with installation, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance of refrigeration and air conditioning systems. * Supporting technicians in identifying and resolving issues with equipment such as air conditioners, cold rooms, and commercial and industrial refrigeration systems. * Performing cleaning, assembly, and disassembly of equipment parts and components. * Managing and organizing tools, parts, and materials used in maintenance services. * Following safety regulations and established procedures to ensure equipment and personnel safety. **What we are looking for:** * Completed high school education, with a technical course in Refrigeration or related fields. * Prior experience in the refrigeration field (preferred). * Availability for fieldwork and travel, if required. * Ability to work collaboratively and proactivity. **What we offer:** * **Starting salary of R$2.500,00, increasing to R$3.000,00 after the probationary period.** * **Meal voucher of R$520.00 and food voucher of R$430.00.** * **Transportation voucher or fuel voucher of R$300.00.** * **Dental plan after the probationary period.** * **Life insurance and Gympass;** * **Two monthly consultations with a nutritionist and a psychologist;** * **Pharmacy discount (Pague Menos) and diagnostic test discounts (Rede DASA)** **Immediate Start** Job Type: Full-time, CLT permanent position Compensation: R$2.500,00 – R$3.000,00 per month Experience: * INDUSTRIAL REFRIGERATION (Mandatory) Travel Availability: * 50% (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
