Team supervision and development of work instructions **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Process Management Technology, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Relevant work experience; * Experience in developing schedules, production planning, and process monitoring; * Experience in structuring the PCP department; * Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; * Knowledge of ERP systems. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze and forecast product manufacturing; * Create product structures; * Initiate service requests in the ERP system; * Receive and analyze sales orders; * Request raw material purchases when necessary; * Open, print labels, and schedule production orders; * Print, deliver, and collect daily cutting and sewing schedules; * Conduct follow-up, data collection, and necessary adjustments with departments related to production scheduling; * Close production orders and issue warranty certificates; * Monitor adherence to deadlines and production quality; * Complete and analyze the KPI spreadsheet; * Monitor all stages involved in the approval process of traction belt test reports; * Analyze and implement continuous improvement in production processes; * Maintain up-to-date and develop work instructions; * Supervise and develop the traction belt and PCP production team; * Develop production plans based on demand, production capacity, and available resources, ensuring products are manufactured within established timelines and cost constraints. **Minimum Education Level:** Bachelor's Degree
