Job Mission Responsible for supporting the safe operational routines of equipment to ensure finished products are delivered in accordance with quality requirements and within the specified timeframe. Main Responsibilities Operate the Box Unloader, Pallet Depalletizer, Box Loader, Palletizer, Bottle Washer, Pasteurizer, Labeler, Packager, Filler, and Electronic Inspector by adhering to operational standards and acquired training; Conduct periodic inspections of the process and product to monitor and record quality parameters according to established standards, by executing MCO (Maintenance of Operational Conditions) routines; Perform autonomous maintenance and lubrication activities linked to MCB (Maintenance of Basic Conditions) and MCO (Maintenance of Operational Conditions) on operated equipment; Carry out TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) activities by recording and analyzing failures occurring in equipment and processes under your responsibility; Execute mechanical or electrical maintenance interventions (as permitted by your qualification) by carrying out scheduled tasks outlined in maintenance work orders; Perform workplace organization and cleaning tasks by following the existing cleaning plan and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment; Participate in continuous improvement of performance indicators at your workplace through involvement in continuous improvement teams.
