If you are proactive, creative, and collaborative, and seek a dynamic, innovative, and growing environment, this opportunity may be right for you. **Main Responsibilities**: * Performs cleaning of floors, walls, corridors, stairs, and other surfaces in common and administrative areas using brooms, mops, cloths, squeegees, vacuum cleaners, and appropriate cleaning products for each surface type, following company-established procedures to maintain clean, organized, safe, and properly usable environments for employees, customers, and visitors daily, according to the cleaning schedule and whenever necessary. * Cleans and sanitizes restrooms, sinks, toilets, urinals, mirrors, and locker rooms by applying disinfectants and sanitizers, removing residues, and restocking hygiene supplies to ensure user hygiene and comfort and prevent microbial proliferation, performed daily or at intervals defined by usage frequency. * Stocks restrooms with toilet paper, paper towels, liquid soap, and other consumable hygiene supplies, checking stock levels at usage locations and replenishing as needed to ensure users have necessary hygiene and wellness materials daily and whenever low stock is identified. * Collects waste from internal and external unit areas, emptying trash bins, replacing bags, and disposing of waste in designated disposal areas to maintain clean, organized environments compliant with hygiene and environmental standards, performed whenever necessary. * Cleans tables, chairs, cabinets, doors, windows, and other furniture using appropriate cloths, specialized cleaning products, and techniques suited to each material type to preserve company assets and provide a pleasant environment for users, per the cleaning schedule—daily, weekly, or as needed. * Cleans sidewalks, access routes, parking lots, and other external unit areas via sweeping, residue collection, and external space organization to maintain facility order and cleanliness and ensure safe circulation conditions, performed daily or per established schedule. * Uses equipment, tools, and products required for cleaning tasks, following manufacturer guidelines, internal procedures, and safety regulations to ensure cleaning effectiveness, equipment preservation, and prevention of accidents or property damage throughout task execution. * Reports situations requiring building maintenance or cleaning supply replenishment to immediate supervisors via verbal communication, forms, reports, or internal systems used by the company to ensure activity continuity and proper facility upkeep, * whenever irregularities or replenishment needs are identified. * Uses Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adheres to applicable safety regulations for the role, correctly using provided equipment and observing safety procedures during task execution, to protect physical integrity, prevent accidents, and comply with legal and internal company requirements throughout the workday. * Assists in organizing rooms, common areas, and circulation spaces by arranging furniture, collecting misplaced items, and maintaining orderly environments to support facility preservation, functionality, and professional appearance, performed daily and whenever necessary. **Requirements**: * Completed elementary education (mandatory); * Basic knowledge of cleaning, maintenance, and sanitation of environments. * Basic knowledge of cleaning product usage and their purposes. * Basic understanding of organizing and maintaining internal and external environments. * Ability to read and interpret simple work instructions. * Basic knowledge of customer service and courtesy in corporate settings. * Basic knowledge of personal hygiene and good cleaning practices. * Basic knowledge of proper waste collection and disposal. * Basic knowledge of using and maintaining cleaning equipment and tools (brooms, squeegees, mops, vacuum cleaners, etc.). * Basic knowledge of workplace safety and correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Basic knowledge of accident prevention during task execution. * **Minimum 6 months of experience** **What We Offer**: * Salary: R$1\.900,00 * Meal Allowance: R$900,00 * Transportation Benefit Payment: R$1\.900,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation benefit Work Location: On-site
