Machining of parts and interpretation of technical drawings **Employment Type:** CLT **Job Description:** We are seeking a professional to work as a **mechanic**, responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing activities related to assembly, installation, and maintenance of mechanical systems. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and execute mechanical projects for machines and equipment; * Interpret technical drawings and mechanical schematics; * Perform assembly, installation, and adjustment of equipment; * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical systems; * Identify failures and propose improvements to processes and equipment; * Perform part machining when required. * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, motors, and electrical panels, locating, analyzing, and repairing existing faults to prevent production stoppages and/or accidents. **Requirements:** * Technical course in mechanics or related fields; * Experience in the role; * Basic knowledge of industrial electricity and mechanics; * Availability to work on a **12x36** shift schedule. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in an industrial environment; * Additional courses in the field; * Knowledge of industrial machine maintenance. * Welding knowledge is a plus. **Salary and Benefits:** Salary: To be negotiated Benefits: VT (Transportation Allowance), VR (Meal Allowance), Total Pass, Telemedicine, Dental Plan, and Pharmacy Benefit.
