Responsibilities * Prepare medications and supplies according to established standards, ensuring process safety and traceability; * Record preparation activities accurately in the system, ensuring compliance with required standards; * Store medications and supplies in an organized manner, adhering to preservation criteria and good storage practices; * Monitor medication and product expiration dates, implementing preventive measures to avoid losses; * Monitor and control environmental temperature and humidity, ensuring appropriate conditions for item preservation; * Support inventory management and control, including receipt, distribution, and replenishment of medications and supplies; * Verify and organize products on shelves, maintaining a clean and functional work area; * Distribute medications and pharmaceutical products to satellite pharmacies and other hospital departments, per internal requests; * Collaborate in maintaining pharmacy department organization and smooth operations. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed high school education; * Experience in medication dispensing; * Completion of a Hospital Pharmacy Assistant course is desirable.
