If you enjoy interacting with customers, are proactive, and wish to learn or advance in the meat industry, this opportunity is for you. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Direct customer service at the counter and product guidance; * Weighing, labeling, and packaging of goods; * Restocking and organizing products in display cases and shelves; * Handling food in compliance with hygiene and safety standards; * Workplace organization and cleaning. **Requirements and Preferences** * **Preferences:** Prior experience in this role, interest in learning about meat cuts, or basic/entry-level knowledge of the sector. * Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for working with customers. * Availability for the stated work schedule. **Work Schedule** * **Monday to Friday:** 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (with a 1h18 lunch break). * **Shift Pattern:** One fixed day off per week. * **Sundays:** Rotating shifts (8:00 AM to 1:30 PM). **Benefits and Advantages** * **On-site meals:** Breakfast and lunch included; * **Fuel allowance / Transit pass:** No payroll deduction; * **Health Insurance Plan:** 50% monthly premium covered by the company; * **Attendance Bonus:** R$ 16.00/day credited to the meal card for each day present; * **Sunday Work Bonus:** R$ 140.00 credited to the meal card for each Sunday worked; * **Life Insurance;** * **In-house laundry service:** We provide sanitized, ready-to-wear uniforms (no need to wash them at home); * **Optional Benefits:** Dental Plan and Pharmacy Discount Program.
