Opportunity for learning and technical development **Position: Refrigeration Assistant** We are seeking a **Refrigeration Assistant** to support preventive and corrective maintenance activities for refrigeration and air conditioning systems, contributing to proper equipment operation, operational safety, and service quality. Main Responsibilities: * Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of refrigeration and air conditioning systems (water coolers, evaporative coolers, and split-type wall-mounted air conditioners); * Support identification of failures and basic equipment diagnosis; * Assist in cleaning, adjustments, and replacement of parts and components; * Support the responsible technician during service calls and technical interventions; * Monitor equipment operation following maintenance; * Assist in completing service orders and maintenance reports; * Comply with safety, quality, and internal procedures; * Support the general maintenance team as needed. Requirements: * Basic or secondary education; * Prior experience as a refrigeration assistant or in general maintenance (preferred); * Basic knowledge of electricity and mechanics; * Familiarity with occupational safety principles; * Organization, responsibility, and proactivity; * Willingness to learn and develop technical skills. Advantages: * Technical or vocational training in Refrigeration or related fields; * Experience in industrial and/or commercial maintenance; * NR 10 and NR 35 certifications.
