Job Summary: Professional to manage channels and traffic, support organic content, execute seasonal campaigns, and control order operations, with performance analysis. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in e-commerce management and paid traffic (Ads) 2. Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables and Dynamic Segmentation) and GA4 3. Multitasking and adaptability in a growing operation * Channel and Traffic Management: Operation of platforms (Loja Integrada/Shopify/Tray) and marketplaces (Amazon, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Mercado Libre), plus execution of campaigns on Meta and Google Ads and marketplace ads. * Support for Organic Content: Coordination with content agencies, support in curating UGC (user-generated content), and management of influencers/affiliates. Use of AI tools to accelerate internal asset generation. * Execution of Seasonal Campaigns: Technical and visual store configuration for holidays (banners, coupons, landing pages) and campaign rollout across social channels. * Order Operations Control: Monitoring of the shipping workflow to ensure SLA compliance for delivery and identification of logistical bottlenecks (control-focused role, not operational). * Analysis and Reporting: Updating performance dashboards and supporting other routine marketing department tasks. * **Prior experience in e\-commerce management and paid traffic (Ads);** * **Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables and Dynamic Segmentation) and GA4;** * Basic knowledge of content creation/editing (even if via AI or agile tools); * **Process-oriented mindset for controlling order flow and deadlines.** * Behavioral Profile (Soft Skills) * **Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple fronts (data, content, logistics) without compromising quality.** * Process Ownership: Proactivity in identifying shipping or website issues before they become problems. * **Adaptability: Agility in handling diverse routines within a growing operation.** * Motivation: Here, the drive to act and deliver is the most important factor—more than technical knowledge.
