Teamwork and good interpersonal communication We are one of the largest steel distributors in Paraná, experiencing strong growth and guided by discipline, quality execution, and accountability. **Main Responsibilities** \-Pick sales orders according to customer requests. \-Perform material loading and unloading using overhead cranes, adhering to safety regulations. \-Store materials on shelves and other warehouse spaces in an organized and safe manner. \-Assist in product and volume verification. \-Maintain a clean and organized workplace. \-Support inventory counting and inventory control. \-Report material irregularities or damages to the immediate supervisor. Behavioral Competencies: \-Organization and attention to detail. \-Proactivity and physical stamina. \-Responsibility and commitment. \-Teamwork. \-Good interpersonal communication. \-Resilience to handle operational routines. **Mandatory Requirements:** \-Completed high school education. \-Basic knowledge of logistics and warehousing. \-Overhead crane operation course (desirable). \-Basic understanding of occupational safety. \-Ability to read and interpret invoices and service orders. **Preferred Qualifications:** \-Prior experience in dispatch or industrial logistics. \-NR-11 certification (Transportation, Handling, Storage, and Movement of Materials). \-Familiarity with inventory control systems (ERP). \-Experience handling iron and/or steel materials.
