Job Summary: Collect biological specimens, providing complete customer service, specimen triage and preparation, as well as administrative and operational support for the unit. Key Highlights: 1. Technical knowledge in clinical analyses and specimen collection procedures. **Job Description:** ---------------------- Perform accurate and safe biological specimen collections, providing complete customer service—from registration through delivery of required information—as well as specimen triage, preparation, and administrative and operational support for the unit. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Strong communication skills and courtesy when interacting with internal teams and suppliers. Ability to solve problems under pressure. Ability to work under pressure and handle high customer volume. Clear communication and empathy when serving users. Basic knowledge of most frequently requested tests. Technical knowledge in clinical analyses. Technical knowledge of specimen collection procedures. Proficiency in laboratory information systems (LIS). Ethics, confidentiality, and professional conduct. Basic computer literacy. Organization, attention to detail, and care with documents and sensitive data. Patience, empathy, and a collaborative attitude. Previous experience in customer service. COMPLETED HIGH SCHOOL EDUCATION **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Computer literacy.
