Customer-focused environment emphasizing efficient and agile service **Location:** Curitiba/PR **Schedule:** Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM | Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM We seek a professional to provide dedicated customer service, with emphasis on performance analysis and SLA indicator monitoring. Responsibilities include: * Preparing and analyzing Excel reports; * Conducting preventive analyses; * Tracking and following up on open orders (backlog); * Providing operational support to customers; * Analyzing damages and returns; * Scheduling pickups; * Searching for orders and verifying the origin of penalties; * Supporting achievement of quality, productivity, and average response time targets. The goal is to ensure efficient, agile, and metric-aligned customer service. **Requirements** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree; * Proficiency in computer applications and Excel (intermediate level); * Strong communication and text comprehension skills; * Metric-driven organization and time management; * Experience in customer service within logistics, e-commerce, or similar fields; * Experience handling dedicated service and high-volume operations. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in finance, particularly in collections and indemnifications; * Knowledge of CX (Customer Experience) or commercial customer service; * Strong analytical and negotiation skills Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) Compensation: R$2.000,00 - R$2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
