Proactively resolve unexpected incidents **\*\*Must reside near the Boqueirão neighborhood** ***Transportation and Logistics Assistant*** Ensure smooth transportation operations, cargo routing, and real-time monitoring to meet deadlines (SLAs), optimize costs, and satisfy end customers. **Key Responsibilities** * **Transportation Management:** Plan and monitor routes, negotiate freight rates, track vehicles, and ensure on-time delivery. * **Documentation and Registration:** Issue Electronic Transport Documents (CT\-e), Electronic Cargo Manifests (MDF\-e), register drivers/vehicles, and manage third-party documentation. * **Monitoring:** Real-time cargo tracking and monitoring of pickups/deliveries. * **Documentation:** Issuance and verification of Electronic Invoices (NF\-e) and Transport Documents (CT\-e). * **Routing:** Support in defining the most efficient routes to reduce costs. * **Incident Management:** Proactively resolve unexpected incidents (damages, delays) in coordination with carriers. * **Systems (TMS/ERP):** Data entry, spreadsheet updates, and reporting of performance indicators (KPIs). * **Customer Service:** Interface with drivers, carriers, and customers. * **Freight Analysis** and quotation **Requirements** * Completed high school or currently pursuing a degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields. * Prior experience in transportation operations, back-office, or carrier environments. * **Excel:** Intermediate level (formulas, pivot tables). * Familiarity with TMS (Transportation Management Systems) is a plus. * Organized, agile, and strong communication skills.
