Key responsibilities of our Accounts Receivable Assistant: * Provide active and responsive customer service for collections, inquiries, bill issuance, and debt negotiations. * Monitor bank movements, instructions, and requests related to receivables. * Analyze registrations, credit limits, and orders in accordance with internal policies. * Monitor financial reports in the ERP system, correcting errors and identifying outstanding receivables. * Conduct active collections and track protest instruments and credit bureau reporting (SERASA). * Manage unidentified credits, returns, and customer payments. * Negotiate and monitor delinquency, reporting to supervision. * Issue and reconcile invoices in the ERP system. Required Qualifications: * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Experience in active collections; * Experience in credit analysis and customer registration; * Experience with bill protests and SERASA credit bureau reporting; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Experience with online banking portals.
