Job Summary:
Develop and enhance thermoplastic injection mold designs, overseeing the entire process from conception to validation.

**Plastic Mold Designer Responsibilities**
* Design molds for thermoplastic injection.
* Create 3D models and 2D detailed drawings for manufacturing.
* Define mold feeding, cooling, ejection, and closing systems.
* Monitor mold manufacturing, assembly, testing (try\-out), and validation.
* Implement improvements to existing projects to increase productivity, quality, and service life.
* Collaborate with Engineering, Process, Tooling, Production, and Quality departments.
* Prepare material lists, technical specifications, and project documentation.
* Participate in technical feasibility analysis for new products.
**Requirements**
* Technical or higher education degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Manufacturing Technology, Mechanical Design, or related fields.
* Proven experience in developing plastic injection molds.
* Knowledge of thermoplastic injection processes.
* Proficiency in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, NX, Creo, Inventor, Cimatron, or similar).
* Knowledge of technical drafting standards per ABNT norms.
* Familiarity with mold materials, heat treatments, and commercial components.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with multi-cavity molds and hot runner systems.
* Knowledge of flow simulation (Moldflow or similar).
* Experience monitoring try\-out and resolving injection-related issues.
* Knowledge of CNC machining and tooling processes.
Employment Type: Full-time CLT
Compensation: R$5\.400,00 \- R$8\.700,00 per month
