This role is essential to ensure the construction and maintenance of forest roads, directly contributing to Klabin’s operational safety, quality, and productivity. Main Responsibilities and Challenges Operate forestry machinery such as hydraulic excavators and motor graders; Work alongside the team on road construction and maintenance; Perform auxiliary tasks as required by the team, demonstrating proactivity; Record productivity data and observations on tablet devices; Maintain equipment, support vehicles, PPE, and living areas; Perform daily equipment checklists; Carry out all activities in accordance with operational procedures, RACs (Risk Assessment Cards), and Klabin guidelines. Additional Information On-site work model, conducted in Klabin’s forest areas in Arapoti/PR. Shift schedules and working hours are defined according to the operational needs of the Roads area. Requirements and Qualifications Completed high school education; Proven experience operating hydraulic excavators and motor graders; National Driver’s License, Category “C” or higher; Willingness to travel; Commitment to safety, quality, and productivity. .
