A welcoming work environment and potential future opportunities **Temporary Position – Receptionist** Company: CDC Odonto Location: Curitiba – PR Contract Period: 30 days (September) Employment Type: Temporary About the Position CDC Odonto is seeking a Temporary Receptionist to work during September, supporting the team and ensuring welcoming, organized, and efficient patient service. Main Responsibilities Greet patients courteously and professionally; Provide in-person, telephone, and WhatsApp support; Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments; Register and update patient information in the system; Organize dentists’ schedules and monitor patient flow; Receive payments and issue receipts when required; Maintain an organized reception area and assist with clinic administrative routines; Support the team to ensure an excellent patient experience. **Requirements** Completed high school education; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Organization, responsibility, and proactivity; Ease in working with public-facing roles; Basic computer literacy; Experience in dental or medical clinic reception is a plus; Familiarity with clinic management systems (Clinicorp is a plus). Desired Profile Friendliness and empathy in service delivery; Agility and commitment; Punctuality; Teamwork skills; Discretion and professional ethics; Ability to multitask and maintain organization during peak hours. Work Schedule Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM.
