Resident in Curitiba/PR or surrounding region
Completed Law degree; active OAB registration is not required.
Desirable: courses focused on Legal Controller.
Required experience in Legal Controller, especially in activity workflows and systems, reading publications and legal notices, managing hearings, protocols, and scheduling via legal software.
Experience handling publications in PROJUDI, PJe, E-Proc, E-SAJ, and other electronic systems
Knowledge of the CPJ system and Microsoft Office and Excel tools is valued
Immediate availability required.

**Responsibilities:** Access legal electronic systems such as PROJUDI, E-SAJ, E-Proc, PJe, and STJ to read and analyze publications, monitor case progress, and register deadlines; control deadlines and protocols, ensuring compliance with internal workflows and client requirements; issue notary fee forms and submit them as needed; create, update, and manage case files in the CPJ system, ensuring data consistency and timeliness; maintain contact with clients to clarify doubts and support decision-making; collaborate with other departments to prepare case status reports, contributing to improved internal controls; assist the legal team in developing strategies and improving workflows, focusing on corporate, commercial, and civil matters; ensure the technical team strictly adheres to established deadlines and workflows; lead people and conduct projects, promoting alignment, team development, and continuous improvement; and perform other duties inherent to the Legal Controller area.
**Minimum Education:** Bachelor's Degree
