Opportunity to develop training programs and continuing education We are hiring: SCIH Nurse – Curitiba/PR **Work schedule: 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday.** Are you a nurse with experience in Hospital Infection Control and do you believe patient safety is the top priority? This opportunity may be for you! **Your responsibilities will include:** * Interfacing with all hospital departments in a collaborative and solution-oriented manner * Monitoring and analyzing clinical and epidemiological indicators * Implementing, monitoring, and improving institutional protocols * Working on various protocols related to Quality and Patient Safety * Developing and delivering training for clinical and multidisciplinary teams * Interfacing with regulatory agencies * Ensuring compliance with legislation, regulations, and clinical best practices **What we are looking for:** * Bachelor's degree in Nursing * Prior experience in hospital-based SCIH * Strong communication skills, firm professional demeanor, and interpersonal relationship abilities * Knowledge of clinical indicators and institutional protocols * Familiarity with the Tasy system * Proficiency in delivering training and continuing education * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (desirable) What we offer: Meal allowance and cafeteria, Health and dental insurance plans, Birthday day off, Wellhub (Gympass), Educational partnerships, and Benefits Club.
