Job Summary: Tax Accounting Assistant responsible for recording, calculating, and issuing taxes; managing tax declarations; and accounting for invoices for various client companies. Providing tax assistance to multiple companies Assisting with invoice entry, importation, and verification in the system; calculating, verifying, and issuing taxes under the Presumed Profit and Simples Nacional regimes; managing and submitting monthly tax returns (EFD ICMS/IPI, EFD Contributions, DeSTDA, EFD\-REINF, MIT); accounting for invoices; and performing other related departmental duties. Will provide tax support to multiple client companies located across different Brazilian states. EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: Must have prior experience in the tax department of an accounting office, and proficiency in the DOMÍNIO system and Excel. NOTES: On-site work only; remote work is not accepted. Full-time position under CLT employment regime. Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Salary adjustment after probation period and enrollment in Unimed health insurance plan.
