Continuous improvement of workflows **Legal Software Implementer** Position at **Advocacia Escalável** **About the role:** We are looking for a professional to implement **legal solutions** with our clients, responsible for ensuring that technology reflects the needs and realities of law firms. This position plays a central role in connecting clients with the technology team. You will be responsible for deeply understanding clients’ legal workflows, routines, and needs, and translating these requirements into structured solutions for the technical team, which handles development. This is an ideal position for someone familiar with the legal context, interested in technology, and passionate about working on projects, processes, and client relationships. **Role and Mission:** Act as a bridge between the legal and technology teams, ensuring efficient translation of legal requirements into operational and technological solutions. Ensure that law firm needs are accurately interpreted, communicated, structured, and implemented by the technology team, promoting efficiency, standardization, and scalability in legal processes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Gather and translate legal requirements to the technology team * Support implementation projects (systems, automations, and integrations) * Validate workflows and technological deliverables with law firms * Create and document operational processes * Drive continuous improvement of workflows between legal and tech * Conduct Bitrix24 trainings and onboarding at law firms * Hold weekly, biweekly, or monthly meetings with law firms **Mandatory Requirements:** * Basic knowledge of legal processes (litigation or advisory) * Microsoft Office suite * Conflict resolution skills * Residency in **Curitiba or surrounding area (on-site)** * Law degree (completed or nearing completion) * Interest in technology and innovation * Strong writing and communication skills * Collaborative mindset **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in Legal Ops or digital law firms * Knowledge of Process Management tools * Basic logic understanding * Experience in high-volume law firms * Teaching experience (e.g., tutoring during university or other educational roles) **Job Details:** * **Compensation:** BRL 2,000.00 \+ bonus (BRL 4,200 to BRL 12,180 annually), with variable component tied to goal achievement. * **Benefits:** meal allowance and transportation allowance. * **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws). * **Working Hours:** 9:00 AM to 6:48 PM, with 1-hour lunch break (44 hours/week). * **Work Model:** On-site. * **Work Location:** R.
