Opportunity to join a dynamic and committed team **COLLECTIONS ASSISTANT** \- Vehicles (Administrative and Judicial) **Job Description**: We are seeking professionals to join our vehicle collections team, focusing on Active Portfolio Management \- 16\-360 days. **This position requires experience in vehicle credit negotiation and recovery, both in administrative extrajudicial and judicial collections.** Open Positions: 4 Positions for Active Portfolio (16\-360 days) – Responsible for collecting debts with delinquency between 16 and 360 days, emphasizing customized solutions for credit recovery. **Requirements**: Age: 18 years or older. Education: Completed High School. Documentation: Up to date. Preferred Qualification: Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service. **Technical Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interactions. Proficiency in Excel for spreadsheet and report handling. Ability to use e\-mail and WhatsApp for contacts and follow\-ups. Behavioral Competencies: Organization, punctuality, and responsibility. Commitment to achieving team goals and results.
