A true powerhouse in beverage packaging. A global reference in **aluminum can manufacturing**, we are a company committed to pursuing product innovation and developing processes that reduce environmental impact.
We rank among Brazil’s largest aluminum can manufacturers, and our team is our greatest differentiator: over 1,000 employees and business partners distributed across the country.
Our origins trace back to a joint venture between the U.S.-based multinational packaging company Crown Holdings and Évora S/A, a Brazilian company operating in packaging, fiber and filament extrusion for nonwovens applications, and reforestation. We have been active in Brazil’s aluminum can market for over 25 years.
**We believe only happy people can deliver sustainable and lasting results.**
**WHAT YOU’LL FIND AT CROWN**
Doing more with less, prioritizing the safety and quality of life of our team, generating positive social impact, and ensuring a circular economy — all these are part of our daily operations.
The aluminum can is the planet’s most sustainable packaging, enabling safe and individual consumption while cooling faster.
Our **Twenty** by **30** program is our ambitious strategy for the next decade, designed to accelerate our efforts across all three dimensions of sustainability — environmental, social, and governance.
We leverage advanced technologies to drive innovation and manage our business more efficiently.
**DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION**
**Crown Brasil** is committed to and reaffirms its responsibility toward a culture of **Diversity and Inclusion**.
One of our core values is **Respect for the Individual**, and we believe in fostering a workplace where everyone feels represented, regardless of their background, values, or culture — ensuring respect for ethnic, generational, gender, sexual orientation, and religious diversity.
