You will join the **Fast Construction Team**. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Full-time site management in **Curitiba \- PR**; * Anticipate deviations from objectives and propose solutions with a balanced view of cost-benefit-quality-schedule-value-safety; * Full-time on-site construction management; * Review and validate execution procedures, approved materials, and on-site scope; * Conduct weekly construction control and planning using Lean Construction; * Manage economic control related to actions under your responsibility; * Budget analysis and supplier negotiation; * Follow Method FAST procedures and contribute to their continuous improvement; * Comply with applicable environmental operational controls in your area of responsibility; * Uphold the Method Engenharia and Method FAST brands by demonstrating the best conduct and practices in interactions with clients, suppliers, and society at large; * Maintain up-to-date action tracking for your assigned areas. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture and Urban Planning; * Active CREA/CAU registration; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD; * Valid CNPJ registered as a Microenterprise (ME), with regular registration status; * Immediate availability for a temporary contract. **Additional Information** Employment contract duration approximately 60 days.
