Job Summary:
Responsible for coordinating agreement management with public and private entities in the payroll-deductible credit segment, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.

**Responsibilities and Duties:**
* Responsible for coordinating agreement management with public and private entities in the payroll-deductible credit segment, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and strengthening of institutional relationships.
* Will act as a strategic liaison between internal departments and partner employers, removing obstacles and ensuring business sustainability and expansion.
* Ensure operational efficiency and SLA compliance
* Monitor performance and propose continuous improvements
* Regulatory\-Advisory Action
* Track and interpret legislation and regulatory guidelines (e.g., INSS, SIAPE, state/municipal agencies)
* Serve as the internal technical reference on payroll-deductible credit regulatory topics
* Mitigate risks and ensure adherence to current regulations
* Internal Obstacle Management
* Identify operational and regulatory bottlenecks
* Coordinate with departments such as Legal, Compliance, Products, Technology, and Operations
* Act as a facilitator to unblock critical demands
* Institutional Relationship Management
* Develop relationships with partner employers/agencies
* Represent the bank in strategic agendas (visits, negotiations, and forums)
* Support agreement expansion and retention
* Strategic Evolution of the Area
* Structure processes and governance for agreement management
* Support the development of regulatory and operational roadmaps
* Develop market intelligence and identify opportunities
Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:**
* Knowledge of legislation and regulatory guidelines (preferably INSS, SIAPE, public agreements)
* Experience interfacing with internal departments (Legal, Compliance, Operations, Technology)
* Ability to manage stakeholders and resolve complex problems
* Analytical profile with strategic vision
* Prior experience in coordination or indirect leadership
**Desirable Requirements:**
* Experience in relationship management with public agencies and professional associations
* Experience in payroll-deductible credit
* Experience in implementing agreements or regulatory projects
* Knowledge of sector associations (e.g., FEBRABAN, ABBC)
* Experience in transformation environments or area structuring
