Opportunity | Customer Service Assistant I At Renovatio, the Field Assistant works integrally with the multidisciplinary team, supporting operational, administrative, and field service activities carried out during external actions and mobile projects. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist the team in conducting fieldwork; * Enter data into the database using information provided by the Manager, * Ophthalmologist, and Ophthalmic Technologist; * Perform patient identification; conduct complementary examinations under the supervision of the Ophthalmic Technologist; * Assist with visual acuity examinations; * Support the Manager in tabulating data for report writing and institutional publications; * Assist in organizing the workplace, including equipment allocation and setup; * Support the technical and medical teams on-site as needed. Requirements * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in Health, Administration, Public Management, or related fields preferred); * Experience or exposure to public-facing service, field activity support, and database management; * Ability to identify patients and assist in conducting complementary and visual acuity examinations, always under technical supervision; * Basic computer and spreadsheet skills for data tabulation and support in preparing reports and institutional documents; * Organized, responsible, ethical profile, with strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1.520,99 – R$2.501,85 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Childcare allowance * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
