About the Position We are seeking a Technology Project Manager to join the Marista Group’s Corporate Operational PMO, responsible for leading medium- and large-complexity technology projects — ensuring strategic alignment, on-time delivery, cost control, quality, and business value generation. This role operates in a hybrid model based in Curitiba/PR. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, monitor, and close medium- and large-complexity technology projects. Lead implementation projects for solutions, technological adaptations, and improvements to existing environments. Apply and promote best practices in project management aligned with the PMO. Develop and maintain schedules, communication plans, risk management, cost, scope, and quality plans. Act as the focal point between technical teams, business units, vendors, and stakeholders. Support portfolio governance by reporting status, risks, and deviations in a structured manner. Ensure compliance with PMO-defined processes, methodologies, and standards. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the department’s project management maturity. **Requirements:** Mandatory Requirements Proven experience managing medium- and large-complexity IT projects. Practical and applied knowledge of project management best practices, including: PMBOK (scope, schedule, cost, risk, communications, and stakeholder management). ITIL or IT service management practices (desirable). Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) or hybrid models, where applicable. Strong communication skills, organizational ability, sense of priority, and multi-stakeholder management capability. Availability to work in a hybrid model in Curitiba/PR. Desirable Requirements **Project management certifications such as:** PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or equivalent. Agile certifications such as PSM, CSM, SAFe, among others. Prior experience in environments with a structured PMO. Experience managing projects involving multiple vendors and contracts.
