Position: Tax Assistant High-end furniture store Campo Largo – PR \| Bom Jesus Neighborhood \| On-site We are looking for a Tax Assistant to work in a dynamic environment with high billing volume, requiring agility, attention, and accuracy in tax routines. Main Responsibilities Issue sales, transfer, return, and shipment invoices. Verify and validate taxes applicable to transactions. Support the correct application of ICMS, DIFAL, IPI, PIS, COFINS, and other state and municipal taxes. Ensure consistency of tax information prior to billing. Provide support to the billing team during peak demand periods or vacation coverage. Assist administrative management with area routines and controls. Requirements Previous experience in tax routines involving high-volume invoice issuance. Knowledge of tax legislation, with emphasis on ICMS and other taxes applicable to commercial operations. Experience in retail companies is considered a plus, especially in the furniture sector or industries dealing with high-value goods. Operational agility, organization, and attention to detail. Prior experience in tax/fiscal roles within consulting firms or accounting offices. Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields (completed or in progress). Organization, attention to detail, and commitment to deadlines. Desired Profile A committed professional with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work well in a team.
