Job Summary: The Evaporator Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring the evaporation system, tracking process parameters, performing operational adjustments, and controlling processes and equipment. Join this team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor and control all stages of juice treatment and evaporation processes, ensuring proper operational functioning and compliance with established operational parameters; * Control and adjust chemical dosing to ensure process efficiency, juice quality, and reduction of industrial losses; * Monitor and analyze process analytical results, identify operational deviations, and propose corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives; * Perform and support corrective and preventive maintenance on evaporation area equipment, contributing to operational reliability, safety, and continuity of production. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Basic computer skills; * Knowledge of evaporation operations; **Additional Information** ***Benefits*** ---------------- * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Group Life Insurance; * Employee Association; * Housing Leases (available at select locations); * Incentive Program. * Cafeteria; * Food Allowance.
