Apply for this position! **Responsibilities and Duties** Ensure the **functional operation of the system** and the **registration maintenance** of key business objects (products, tariffs, agreements, and contracts), guaranteeing **data consistency**, **compliance with internal rules**, **daily operational execution**, and **user support**, with control and traceability of changes. **Scope of Responsibility:** * **Registration and maintenance** of **products**, **tariffs**, **agreements**, and **contracts** in the system. * Execute system routines: **activation/deactivation**, validity periods, versions, adjustments, configurations, and exceptions. * Validate and apply **business rules**, approval authorities, and internal policies for each registration change. * Maintain **registration governance**: standardization, field dictionary, parameter documentation, and audit trail. * Ensure **data quality and integrity**: consistency, duplication, validity period conflicts, impacts on billing/revenue. * Perform **operational handling** (corrections, regularizations, reprocessing where applicable) following approved procedures. * Respond to internal tickets and requests related to system operations (**N1/N2 functional**), meeting SLA requirements and prioritization. * Act as a bridge between business and IT areas for systemic adjustments: incidents, improvements, and changes. **Typical Daily Routines:** * Insert/adjust new **products** and attributes (code, description, category, eligibility rules, validity). * Maintain **tariff tables** (values, ranges, taxes, conditions, validity, indexers). * Create and review **commercial agreements** (special conditions, discounts, exceptions per customer/channel). * Configure **contracts** (templates, system-configurable clauses, validity periods, renewals, adjustments). * Conduct post-registration verification (environment validation, impact assessment, evidence of execution). * Prepare operational reports (registrations performed, pending items, inconsistencies, items awaiting approval). **Requirements and Qualifications** **Technical and Functional Requirements (Mandatory):** * Experience with **corporate system operations** (ERP/CRM/Backoffice/Internal Platforms) focused on **registration and configuration**. * Ability to interpret and apply **business rules**, validity periods, versions, and process impacts (e.g., billing, collections, commissions). * Solid practice in **change management**: request initiation, evidence collection, approvals, audit trails, and rollback. * Knowledge of **SQL (query)** for data validation and reconciliation (SELECT, JOIN, filters, verification). * Experience with **ticket management and SLA adherence** (Jira Service Management, ServiceNow or equivalent). * Objective documentation of procedures and parameters (Confluence/SharePoint/Word). **Behavioral Competencies (Critical for Operations)** * High sense of **responsibility and control** (direct impact on operations and revenue). * **Process-oriented profile**: follows procedures, records evidence, avoids improvisation. * Attention to detail and consistency (avoid errors in validity, value, version, duplication). * Clear communication for alignment with departments (Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, IT). * Prioritization and queue management (incidents vs. registration requests). **Governance and Controls (Expected Standard)** * Work with **approval workflows** (where applicable): requester → registration validation → verification → evidence → publication. * Maintain an **impact matrix** (e.g., tariff change impacts billing/collections; contract change impacts renewal/adjustment). * Ensure **segregation of duties** when required (requester ≠ approver; registrar ≠ auditor). * Create and maintain **checklists** per registration type (product, tariff, agreement, contract). **7\) Deliverables and Evidence** * Registration records including: **what changed**, **reason**, **validity period**, **approver**, **evidence**. * Operational procedures (SOPs) and **quick reference guides** for users. * Reports: registrations performed, pending items, inconsistencies, audit of changes. **Additional Information** **Work Modality:** 100% On-site; **Location:** Av.
