If you are passionate about the automotive industry and seek professional growth within a solid, innovative, and continuously evolving company, this is the ideal opportunity for you! **Position: Telesales** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct active and inbound telephone, WhatsApp, and email customer service; * Prospect new customers and maintain relationships with the existing client base; * Offer tires and related products tailored to each customer’s needs; * Prepare quotations, register orders, and monitor the entire sales process; * Negotiate delivery terms, payment conditions, and purchase volume; * Achieve company\-defined sales targets and performance indicators; * Keep the CRM or sales system updated; * Provide basic information on tire types, sizes, and applications. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Experience in telesales or inside sales (preferably in the automotive or tire sector); * Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills; * Organizational ability, discipline, and results orientation; * Basic computer literacy and proficiency with digital tools. * Experience selling tires or automotive products; * Technical knowledge of tire sizing and application identification; * Ability to handle a high volume of calls and customer interactions. ***What We Offer:*** Meal allowance: BRL 565.00; On\-site lunch; Health and dental insurance; Gympass; Psychologist services agreement; Profit sharing (PR); Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy; ***Why Join Our Team?*** At Autoamerica Group, we believe every individual makes a difference.
