We are looking for an **Industrial Maintenance Mechanic** to join the Leal team! What You Will Do: * Perform mechanical preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on industrial equipment. * Conduct periodic inspections to identify failures, wear, or potential risks. * Read and interpret technical drawings, manufacturer manuals, and maintenance plans. * Carry out adjustments, repairs, and replacement of mechanical parts and components. * Support installation, assembly, and disassembly of machines and equipment. * Use manual, pneumatic, and electric tools, ensuring correct handling. * Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. * Record performed services in maintenance orders, maintaining an updated service history. * Suggest improvements to maintenance processes and equipment. * Support other departments when requested, always preserving operational safety. What You Need: * Completed technical education (electronics/electromechanics/mechanics). * Prior experience in this role. * Industrial environment experience will be considered a plus. * Familiarity with TOTVS system (ERP DATASUL) is desirable.
