Job Summary: Pedagogical Coordinator for language schools, responsible for teaching classes, mentoring and training teachers, conducting student follow-ups, and engaging in events and professional development. Active contribution to student retention 1 CONTRACTUAL POSITION \- PEDAGOGICAL COORDINATOR Working hours: Flexible, Monday to Saturday. Weekly workload: 44 hours Requirements: Prior experience teaching English and coordinating language schools. Advanced English proficiency. Bachelor's degree is not mandatory but will be considered an advantage. Responsibilities: Teach in-person and online English classes according to class availability. Prepare lesson materials based on provided guidelines and pre-distributed content. Mentor teachers and conduct teacher training. Follow up with students throughout their learning journey. Provide periodic feedback and record this progress in the school's system. Engage\-in unit and franchise events and professional development activities. Collaborate with administrative staff to actively support and monitor student retention.
