**Job Description:**

Main Responsibilities: Perform all HR department routines, with emphasis on payroll processing, verification, and closing; Execute monthly payroll closing, including calculations of earnings, deductions, labor charges, and accruals (vacation, 13th salary, terminations, etc.); Calculate and verify labor charges such as FGTS, INSS, and IRRF; Generate, verify, and submit ancillary obligations, including eSocial, DCTFWeb, FGTS, and other mandatory legal declarations; Manage submission and validation of periodic and non-periodic events in eSocial; Control and process payroll-deducted loans (e\-consignado); Time Tracking and Work Schedule Management: Administer and monitor electronic time tracking to ensure accurate work schedule calculation; Perform time clock entries, adjustments, and verifications; Monitor and resolve time tracking inconsistencies (absences, late arrivals, early departures, overtime hours); Manage time banks, performing calculations, compensations, and balance follow-up; Monitor and validate work schedules (shifts, rotating shifts, special work schedules); Control and record medical certificates, leaves of absence, and justifications for absences; Monitor absenteeism and tardiness indicators, proposing improvement actions; Ensure compliance with labor legislation regarding work schedules (breaks, rest periods, working hours, etc.); Support managers in correct time clock registration and approval; Integrate time tracking data with payroll processing; Other Responsibilities: Control and organize employees' labor documentation (contracts, hiring records, termination records, CTPS, and general registrations); Execute hiring, termination, vacation, and leave processes; Provide employee support and assistance to clarify questions related to payroll, time tracking, and benefits; Manage benefits (transportation allowance, meal vouchers, health plans, pharmacy benefits, among others); Prepare, analyze, and update managerial reports and KPIs; Develop and monitor payroll KPIs (personnel cost, absenteeism, turnover, etc.); Organize, control, and archive department documents; Prepare documentation for defense in labor lawsuits and monitor related legal proceedings; Ensure compliance with labor and social security legislation; Contribute to achieving targets and guidelines of the Environmental Management System; Support internal and external audits.
**Mandatory Requirements:**

Experience with payroll closing;
Experience with e\-consignado, eSocial, DCTFWeb, eSocial labor module, FGTS, INSS, IRRF, and DIRF;
Experience with Senior system;
Advanced Excel skills;
Solid experience with electronic time tracking management;
Knowledge of labor legislation;
Analytical, organized profile with attention to detail.
