




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for receiving, guiding, and directing patients, visitors, and companions; performing registrations, appointments, access control, and maintenance of work systems and spaces. Receive, guide, and direct patients, visitors, companions, and users of the Unified Health System (SUS) to clinics or other relevant departments for service; 2. Accompany patients, visitors, and companions throughout the hospital premises when necessary or requested; 3. Perform and update registrations of patients, visitors, and companions in all computerized and/or conventional systems involved in the service workflow; 4. Schedule and cancel consultations and laboratory/diagnostic exams in all computerized and/or conventional systems involved in the service workflow; 5. Contact patients via telephone and/or messaging applications (WhatsApp, e-mail, etc.) to notify them of scheduled appointments or possible changes; 6. Verify appointment schedules using computerized and/or conventional systems, and record patient attendance or absence; 7. Admit patients into their respective computerized and/or conventional systems, then forward them to the responsible department after completing all related procedural routines; 8. Manage the replacement of registered companions, recording their entry and exit times while respecting the designated hours and other rules established per department; 9. Record the entry and exit of registered visitors, respecting designated hours and other established rules; 10. Record the entry and exit of suppliers and visitors to administrative areas, registering them only if authorized by the destination department, and respecting designated hours and other established rules; 11. Answer, make, and transfer telephone calls to appropriate departments, and record messages when necessary; 12. Distribute service tickets for outpatient consultations; 13. Input and transmit data, ensuring timely updates to the computerized and/or conventional systems used by the department; 14. Safeguard public property; 15. Maintain a well-organized physical workspace; 16.
